Life in New York #2

Below are some of the photos that I have been taking while I am in New York City. I work at Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises/ World Yacht Dinner Cruises, so I have had many opportunities to see this great city from the water. 

I also took the opportunity to go on a cruise on September 11th, 2008. The freedom lights are amazing and on that night the glow of the city lights and the freedom lights created something extraordinary. I hope that you enjoy!

Ox is one of my close friends from home and also one of my favorite models!

I entered this print into competition and did pretty well on it!

My New Life in New York!

So I've been in New York a few months now, and haven't had a whole lot of time to take my camera out, but here is some of the things I've seen!

Central Park

The West-side Highway that runs by my apartment 

The New Jersey shore, the Hudson River and the West-side Highway

The George Washington Bridge, I live pretty close to it, I will be posting more of the bridge!

New York is an amazing place and I'm excited to get more shots of the city and it's people! 

My Wonderful Family!

I haven't had a chance to do too many photo shoots with my family because I don't live near them, sadly :(

So my though was that I would share some of my favorites from photo shoots that I have done with my wonderful family!

Some cityscape with Trisha

I use the term "cityscape" loosely because we were only in St. Cloud, MN and that can not be considered a city just because of all the tiny towns surrounding it, don't try to change my mind about this!!! 

Anyways, this was a perfect to shoot downtown except for the fact that it was homecoming for the college and there was drunk people everywhere! And where there wasn't drunk people there was religious people praying on the streets for the drunk people!

So for my first blog ever, I thought it would be fitting to post some images from the first child session I did (and also one of my favorites!)

Kayla and Trey came into the studio to help me out with an assignment for school and it turned out great and everyone is happy with the results, especially me because I got a portfolio print or two out of the deal!
