kitties and puppy!

I'm fully aware that it has been way too long since I have posted anything...so I thought I would post a couple at a time (Mostly to make myself feel better about being a blogging slacker)

These are some of the outdoor kitties that we have at my parent's farm. The black and white one is Harold ( I love naming animals and am pretty good at it!)

Something to look forward to: My dark gray and tan kitty, Olive! She is so dang cute and such a sweetheart! If anyone is looking for a new pet....I would love to find her a wonderful home!

This one doesn't have a name and is no longer around but gosh isn't he cute!

This is Goldie..he is an awesome cat, loves being around people and I found out is the perfect photography subject!

My Uncle Brad's new puppy Gage! He is so cute and is growing so fast!

Well hope you enjoyed this posting! Have a wonderful day!

Some Fine Art Fun :)

So I haven't been doing many portraits but I have been doing more fine art stuff!
I hope you enjoy...

Portfolio Work

First Annual Lake Clean-Up!

So the lake area was in need of a good cleaning-up, especially around the swamp area where for the last 50 years or so has been peoples dump for old appliances, tires, and anything and everything else you can image. Last weekend, the men gathers all the proper equipment for a job like this, and with about 40 volunteers, by the days end its a whole new place. The animals are happier and our good deed for the summer is done!

Men in waders were pulling all sorts of trash out of the water including cans, bottles, tires, etc.

Kids of all ages were there to help out..

Yes, these were all pulled for the water in the swamp..

Most of the people who helped out!

Big bon fire...the best way to celebrate the end of a long day of work on a holiday!

My lens was clean, this is all debris from for fire.
